A Thoughtfully Curated Experience

Every floral party is thoughtfully curated to create a beautiful, creative, and memorable experience for your guests.

Private Floral Party Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your private floral party date.

As all fresh flowers, vessels, and supplies are custom ordered specifically for your event, all deposits and payments are non-refundable.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • Final guest count and remaining balance are due 7 days prior to the event.
  • Guest count may not be reduced within 7 days of the event.
  • Parties canceled more than 14 days prior to the event may transfer their deposit to a future date one time, based on availability.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If guests are unable to attend at the last minute, their floral arrangement and materials may still be picked up from the shop within 48 hours of the event.

Gypsea Blooms reserves the right to reschedule events due to severe weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
